Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • .75 oz Green Chartreuse

  • .5 oz Pineapple Juice

  • .5 oz Agave Syrup

How To Make

01 - Boston Shaker, Shake, Rocks Glass

Get your rocks glass nice and cold. You can achieve this by pre-chilling the glass in the freezer or adding ice water when preparing the cocktail. Add the ingredients 1.5 oz Mezcal, .5 oz Pineapple Juice, 1 oz Lime Juice, .5 oz Agave Syrup, and .75 oz of Green Chartreuse. Hard shake four about 5-9 seconds, making sure you get everything mixed and cold.

    • Old Fashioned Rocks Glass

    • Boston Shaker

    • Shake Ice & Big Ice Cube

02 - Strain, Pour & Garnish

Once the shaker is cold, dump the ice from rocks glass (if not already pre-chilled). Then get a large ice cube and place in the glass. Strain the ingredients over the fresh ice and admire the scent and light mint color of the drink. Finish by getting a dehydrated lemon and clipping it to the rim of the glass. TIP: Get this garnish by placing a few lemon wheels over and oven.
