Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .75 oz Simple Syrup

 
 

How To Make

01 - Build in Shaker, Rocks Glass or Chilled Coupe Glass

Get your Boston Shaker ready to build. Add the ingredients: 2 oz Rum,1 oz of Lime Juice, .75 oz Simple Syrup.

    • Rocks Glass or Coupe Glass

    • Ice Cubes

    • Garnish: Lime wedge or wheel

    • Served Up or On the Rocks

02 - Shake & Strain

Hard shake for 10 seconds to lightly dilute and mix all the flavors together. Strain in a chilled coupe. Add a lime wedge or wheel for garnish. Thats it! Sip & enjoy.

 
 

About the Drink

The Daiquiri, born in Cuba in the late 1800s, was named after a small village near Santiago. Originally a simple blend of rum, lime juice, and sugar, it became a favorite of Ernest Hemingway and a symbol of tropical refreshment.

    • 1.5 oz Rum

    • .75 oz Lime Juice

    • .75 oz Simple Syrup

 

Additional Tip

Add a natural strawberry purée, a splash of maraschino liqueur, and serve it frozen for a fruity twist that enhances the classic Daiquiri’s flavor! Or make it a Hemingway with grapefruit juice and skip the blender &  purée!

    • The Daiquiri originated in Cuba in the late 1800s and was named after a small village near Santiago de Cuba.

    • It was a favorite of Ernest Hemingway, who even inspired a variation called the "Hemingway Daiquiri," made with less sugar and added grapefruit juice!
